A pre-purchase inspection is always necessary before closing a sale. We’ll manage the logistics of scheduling an inspection and moving your aircraft to the inspection site. Mike will work closely with the inspection facility to negotiate any findings with the aircraft and ensure you are protected throughout the process. Once the inspection is complete and the buyer has accepted the aircraft, CJ Sales will then facilitate the closing of the deal. We’ll handle the title transfer, lien release, bill of sale, and other closing documents. Then you’ll close on the deal and we’ll arrange for the Citation’s delivery to the new owner.
